CANCELLATION AND DELAYS
Cancellation by Gili3island :
Gili3island reserves the right to vary the schedule without liability from the passenger for any reason. Gili3island may also cancel, delay or vary the trip due to bad weather or for any other reason related to passenger and crew safety. In the event of a trip canceled by Gili3island because of a major problem with the vessel, Gili3island shall refund any money that has been paid by the passenger direct, or any funds already paid by an agent to Gili3island on the passenger’s behalf. The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to the agents which have not yet been paid to the company.

CONNECTING FLIGHTS
Gili3island is a island-to-island point carrier and we do not take any responsibility for delays to connecting flights at any airport. to avoid disappointment, Gili3island advises all of our passengers to allow at least 24 hours before onward travel of any kind.

LATE ARRIVE OR NO SHOW
Cancellation trip by Passengers :
The passenger will be charged in full for any late arrival or no show on the day of the trip. In the event of a booking being canceled by the passenger, Golden Queen Fast Boat reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:

Cancellation of more than 2 weeks of travel: full refund ticket.
Cancellation between 48 hours – 2 weeks: 50% refund ticket.
Cancellation less than 48 hours: NO REFUND
